I'm a strategic advisor for business owners.  I help families and partners resolve organizational and / or financial issues, particularly differences in strategic goals between family members and partners.

Our approach is summarized in these three questions:

  • Where do you want to be (Next year, five years, etc.)?
  • How will you get there?
  • What do you need to do TODAY, to start on that road to success?

These are strategic questions which lead to tactical actions:  We do more than help you decide which is the best direction. We also help you make specific action plans, and to DO them. Make it happen.  And as always happens, “No Plan Survives First Contact with the Real World.”  After the action starts, results frequently dictate that the plan be adaptable.  We will be there to help you adapt.

Please remember that a business plan document or binder, by itself, is of no value.  The Value is in the Planning Process which created the plan.  By doing the planning, you learn more about the drivers that impact your business, you have considered the potential impact of various real-world changes, both internal and external (Controllable and Uncontrollable), and having that knowledge, you are prepared to deal with whatever new situations or roadblocks pop up on your Road to Success.  Even if new challenges are things that were not considered during the planning, the planning process will give you the tools needed to evaluate your options, choose a direction, and implement the changes needed to survive and thrive.
